This is great standard fan. We have had this model in a floor stand version for over 11 years, and it is still running great! We use it all night long through the summer to bring the cool night air into our bedroom. We have just recently purchased the Vornado 660 circulating model to place in our bedroom and are going to use this one for the treadmill.
You can't go wrong with Vornado, they are great fans that last a long time.
