Totally let down by Vornado :<

Had the awesome VH2 for 3+ years and love it. Decided to get a 2nd Vornado and chose to upscale to this model, even though some reviews expressed caution.
TOTAL Disaster, it took me 3 weeks to realize that to get the heat working, I had to set the desired temperature to about 87. Ok- I can live with that, and used if for another week or so. Now it's TOTALLY dead, all the lights controls work, yet NOTHING turns the unit on for fan/heat etc.
Now dilemna is whether to return to Sharper Image, or see if Vornado will replace it with a working model.
Very let down by the quality of this unit, especially for the amount that was paid.
